Privacy policy

What we collect: your name, email, phone number, organisation, the service you need, project details, date and city — only when you submit the quote or contact form.

Why we collect it: to reply to your request, prepare your quote, deliver the agreed service and contact you about it. We do not use it for advertising without your consent.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your message passes through WhatsApp and is subject to its own privacy policy.

Your data is stored on secure servers and is only accessible to AOSS MEDIA staff authorised to handle requests.

We never sell your data, and only share it as far as needed to deliver your service or when required by law.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time using the details on our contact page.
